Once you contact us by telephone (650-690-2571) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and schedule an initial meeting, we will send you a short intake questionnaire to complete and bring to the meeting. Then there are 3 straight-forward steps to complete your custom estate plan:
- INITIAL MEETING: We discuss your family situation, make suggestions, and come up with a plan. We will then draft the documents based on this information, and upload and share the documents over our secure portal or mail you hard copies for your review.
- FOLLOW-UP CALL: We have a follow-up telephone call to answer your questions, fill in the outstanding issues, and discuss funding your revocable trust.
- SIGN AND CELEBRATE: We hold a signing appointment in the office, or we mail you finalized documents to be signed before a notary in your area. We then scan all the documents, send you funding instructions, the originals with a thumb drive containing PDF copies, and health care directive wallet cards. And we celebrate that your loved ones will be protected in the future!
